Finding an SBA Office and SBA Lenders Near You

It is relatively easy to locate your local SBA office. The SBA has at least one district office in every state. A list of these offices can be found at www.sba.gov/aboutsba/dis_offices.html.

In conjunction with the district offices, there are local SBA resources in each state. A list of the local offices and the resources can be found at www.sba.gov/regions/states.html. Information about the SBA can also be found in your local library or a special interest business library.

Business Information Centers (BICs)
Business Information Centers (BICs) are supported by local SBA offices and offer resources to assist businesses with basic start-up and development issues.

Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs)
Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs) are administered by the SBA and provide management assistance to small business owners. They offer one-stop assistance to small businesses and individuals in the form of counseling, training, and technical assistance.
