Business Information Centers (BICs) are supported by local SBA offices and offer resources to assist businesses with basic start-up and development issues.
Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs)
Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs) are administered by the SBA and provide management assistance to small business owners. They offer one-stop assistance to small businesses and individuals in the form of counseling, training, and technical assistance.
