				<description>For those of you who may have forgotten, back on August 8th a Continental flight (operated by their regional partner, Express Jet) with 47 passengers was enroute to the Twin Cities when it was diverted to Rochester because of a thunderstorm.  At 12:30am Mesaba airlines, the only airline representation left in the Rochester airport at the time, refused to open the terminal for the stranded passengers.  All 47 passengers and crew were forced to spend the night in the jet, on the tarmac.
